Parmesan Potato Rounds

Ingredienten: 4 medium unpeeled red potatoes thinly sliced, 1 onion thinly sleced and separated into rings, 3 tbsp butter melted, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, 1/8 tsp garlic powder.
Voorbereiding: Preheat oven 230 C.
Bereidingswijze: Place half the potatoes in a greased 22 x 22 cm baking dish. Top with onion and remaining potatoes, drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt pepper and garlicpowder. Bake uncovered, at 230 C for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
